Laura Wolk-Lewanowicz - soprano

Australian-born soprano Laura Wolk-Lewanowicz studied at the Canberra School of Music, Australian Opera Studio and ENO’s Opera Works. Upcoming engagements include Aida – Aida (Kentish Opera); Miss Jessel, The Turn of the Screw (Seastar Opera); Sifare – Mitridate, re di Ponto (Ruby’s Music Room, Melbourne), and Donna Anna, Don Giovanni (#OperaCo). Recently, Laura appeared at LSO St. Lukes in the role of The Mother, Hansel and Gretel (Sinfonia d’Amici).

In 2012 Laura appeared with Sinfonia d’Amici as Donna Anna in Don Giovanni. A finalist in the Wagner Society’s Bayreuth Bursary 2012, Laura has also been a semi-finalist in the Kathleen Ferrier Award and successful in Australian singing competitions. A keen recitalist, Laura featured in the London Song Festival in 2011 and 2012.
